This website offers visitors information about The Priory School PTA, current and recent events that we have organised, and provides the opportunity for parents or friends of the school to buy products, uniform and tickets.

Purchasing from this website

By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to The Priory School PTA to purchase the goods selected into your basket, and you also consent to allow us to process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Once you have placed an order, we will send you an electronic confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and The Priory School PTA for the sale of any item will only exist once an order has been accepted and fulfilled. Prices and availability of any product or ticket are subject to change without notice.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your understanding that delivery of products / tickets (where a physical item needs to be delivered) will be via your child at The Priory Primary School. Information in relation to your child’s name and form is captured solely for this purpose, and is subject to our data processing controls as discussed in the Privacy Policy.

Returns and refund policy

For any unused and undamaged product / item of uniform that you wish to return, please email us at prioryptawebsite@gmail.com, and then return the item to us (via your child in school, or through another means as agreed with us over email) no later than 14 days from the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that the following products are not eligible for return: blazers, any personalised items, any ‘craft’ type items handmade by the children / parents of the school, raffle tickets.

Conformity of Goods

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct and representative of the products on offer. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you, or slight differences in uniform colour due to batch variations by our suppliers.

Service Availability

Whilst we try to ensure the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
