The Priory School PTA 200 Club
Our monthly lottery, where one lucky member wins half of the prize pot, with the remaining half going to PTA funds to enrich our children’s education. Joining the 200 Club costs £24 per year, payable in advance by a single lump sum.      
 
Numbers will be allocated on a 1st come 1st served basis. 
 
PLEASE SIGN UP BY 11TH OCTOBER 2024 TO BE INCLUDED IN THE 200 CLUB.
The first draw will take place on 18th October 2024.

      1. Each number shall cost £24 per year, payable in advance by a single lump sum.
      2. The 200 Club will not be restricted to a maximum of 200 numbers.
      3. You can buy as many numbers as you like for a period of 12 months (September 2024 to August 2025).
      4. The 200 Club is open to all parents, carers, staff and friends of The Priory Primary School.
      5. Tickets can be purchased by anyone aged 16 or over.
      6. All numbers are included in each draw. Between September 2024 and August 2025, there will be 10 draws. 
      7. The first draw will be on 18th October 2024.
      8. Subsequent draws will take place on the last day of each month. The December draw will be on 20th December. There will be no draw in July and August. 
      9. The prizes will total 50% of the monthly income.
      10. This will be apportioned as follows: 1st prize of 25%, 2nd prize of 15% and 3rd prize of 10% for 8 of the 10 draws.
      11. The prizes for December and June will be higher, with a 1st prize of 50%, 2nd prize of 25% and 3rd prize of 15% of the monthly income. 
      12. The draw shall be made by the Priory School PTA using a random number generator.
      13. The numbers of each month’s winners will be published in the PTA newsletter, and an email will be sent to the winners requesting their bank account details.
      14. A bank transfer to the winners will be made within 7 days of the details being received.
